but what does it mean?

Electric vehicle charge point Maintenance-as-a-Service (MAAS) is a comprehensive solution for managing and maintaining EV charging infrastructure. It's designed to ensure that charge points are always operational, reliable, and safe for users.

Essentially, it's a subscription or fixed contract service model where a third-party provider takes on the responsibility for all aspects of charge point maintenance, rather than the owner of the charge points handling it themselves.

Enter proactive regime

Typically, we begin with an EVCICR to achieve depth of compliance and give an annual focal point for servicing cadence.

Undertake any rectifications

Of course we hope this stage is not needed but any issues found at site should be rectified to bring up to standard.

On standby for reactive call-out

If any issue occurs which need in-field attention we will attend site within agreed SLA to make safe and in most cases, fix the issue on first visit to get you back up and running.
