We do not quote a maintenance plan blind. The audit establishes what you actually have, what condition it is in, and what it will cost to keep compliant, so the plan that follows is priced on evidence rather than assumption.
The audit cost comes back to you. Take a maintenance plan afterwards and we deduct £100 for every year of the term, so a five year plan makes the audit free.
Price covers a site of up to 30 sockets. Contact us for a bespoke quote above that. On street charging sites are priced on request.

Every site we look after is fed through our client portal, so compliance records, service history and live estate visibility sit in one place. Portal access is charged annually on the number of sites you have with us, and it is the total cost of the Ad Hoc plan.

A 50 per cent discount applies in the first year, and thereafter for on-time annual payment. On the Ad Hoc plan this is the whole cost, with every other service priced individually as you use it. Core and Elite include portal access.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or adjust your plan at any time as your charging estate grows. We will simply pro rata the difference and update your cover straight away.
Yes. We are completely hardware agnostic and work across every major manufacturer and platform. Whether you have a single brand estate or a mixed portfolio, we have you covered.
We provide coverage across the whole of the UK. For Elite customers we can arrange dedicated regional engineers for faster response times.
Standard consumables and common parts are included in Core and Elite plans. For larger component replacements, we provide transparent pricing with no hidden markups.
We combine a non-invasive audit with preventative maintenance and electrical inspection to catch issues before they cause downtime. That means fewer reactive call outs and better uptime for your estate.
Our standard plans run on a 12 month rolling agreement. Elite plans are flexible and can be tailored to match your procurement cycles. We are always happy to discuss what works best for you.
